Location
OpenCF Summit is taking place at the Special Events Center in Garland, TX. (Google Map)
Hotel
The conference hotel is the Hyatt Place Dallas/Garland. (Google Map)
The conference rate for the hotel is $99/night, which includes continental breakfast. This rate is valid for the nights of Feburary 23 - 26, 2012.
You may register by either:
- Calling 972-414-3500 and asking for the OpenCF Summit group rate; or
- Register online and use Group/Corporate # G-OCFS
Flying Into Dallas
The main Dallas airport is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (airport code DFW). DFW is approximately 33 miles from the conference location. (Google Map of route from DFW to the Special Events Center)
Dallas Love Field (airport code DAL) is another option, particularly if you want to fly an airline that doesn't fly into DFW (e.g. Southwest). Love Field is approximately 26 miles from the conference location. (Google Map of route from Love Field to the Special Events Center)

If you're interested in sharing rides to/from the airport please visit our Google Moderator site. Also note that shared ride shuttles typically offer discounts for multiple passengers.
Transportation While at OpenCF Summit
The Special Events Center is located directly behind the Hyatt Place, so it's less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the conference.
There are numerous restaurants in walking distance of the hotel, and if you want to do some shopping or venture out a bit further, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from Firewheel Town Center. (Google Map)
